Italian-born, Parisian-based, Modigliani worked at a furious pace when arrived in Paris. He was constantly making as many as a hundred drawings a day. However, many of his works were lost, destroyed or left behind in his frequent changes of address. He also gave a lot to girlfriends who did not keep them.
Jeanne Hebuterne was Modigliani last true love. In his last three years, he painted Jeanne in more than 20 works but always use professional models services for his nudes. The vase is made of ceramic and comes in a well-protected packaging. A Certificate of Authenticity, as well as a biography, are included in the package.
